We prioritise Fair Trade-certified products, cruelty-free cosmetics, sustainable timber, and local sourcing where possible \u2013 but we know we can go further. We assess environmental and social risks when selecting suppliers, analysing packaging and material innovation. We’re also looking at where we can reduce our logistics footprint and improve product design without compromising the high standards inflight products demand.
